- Plant 2 to 3 bu. per acre. Broadcast (90 to 135 pounds), cover 1", April through May. Long Grian Rice needs 120 units of N divided into 3 applications (1st at flooding, 2nd at jointing, and 3rd 14 days later).

- Plant in fresh water lakes, ponds, sloughs or marshes. Plant in standing water 6" to 18" deep. Seeds are shipped wet and must be refrigerated if not planted right away. Planting instructions are shipped with each order. Plant 25 to 40 pounds per acre in February through June. Seeds will sprout when water temperature gets above 60 degrees.
